Yesterday was mother’s day, so thank you to all the maternal figures.
On special consideration to my Grandmother who, earlier last week, suffered a “mini stroke” or warning stroke, otherwise known as a transient ischemic attack (TIA). She told me that her doctors believe that the TIA was caused by a congenital heart defect. A whole in her upper atrium present since birth. The fix should be a simple outpatient surgery, but nonetheless Elissa and I will be praying for her.
